JOB OF WORK

how to account for our it

is maybe across our bows

a trial for my wit

and all that Heaven allows

the unmanured tree in the yard

stood berimed in Summer

with no Princeling come a-

calling nor yet a bard

came a tapping then

a blind man in the rain

who will rise to open

or let him out again?

LIGHT FROM THE ASSOCIATES

Ponce de Leon would you like to know

the whereabouts of all claims

to knowledge about

life lust and

lost loves

here at the podium in a major policy address

the sea captain with a pink

admiral's hat

pulled down around his ears

down around the parlor

in the dead of night

in the great chair

that thing is met

sparkling wine chilled

CAT ASS TROPHY

here are the fuels are the legendary

do the young misses miss out

on the bagelpipes and locksmiths

no by George they did not

here are the circus and those trains

wild west trains and poppycock

lo the Indians muster

time to turn the camp around

facing the omnipotent East
